Privacy

Draft text, awaiting Mark's approval.

This site is run by Mark Bradley (mark@bradley.work). It collects as little as it can.

Visiting the site

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. There is no advertising and nothing from third parties is embedded, so there is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to agree to.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the form checks that you are a person (Cloudflare Turnstile) and emails your message to Mark. The enquiry is not stored on the site. Mark keeps the email for as long as the conversation lasts and for his records afterwards.

Private galleries

If you have been given a private gallery, the site sets a cookie so that you stay signed in to that gallery for up to 30 days. If feedback is turned on for your gallery, the name you give, your favourites and your comments are stored so that Mark can see them. They are deleted when the gallery closes or is removed, and never used for anything else.

Photographs of people

Photographs of identifiable people are published only with their agreement. If you appear in a photograph on this site and would like it removed, email Mark and it will be taken down.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email mark@bradley.work.
